简介Introduction
压敏反应型自粘高分子防水卷材是永松公司自主研发的专利产品。精益求精、不断创新的永松公司与美国维罗朗公司合作,特别制作的交叉膜叠压强力膜,配合永松公司的压敏粘胶,带来了一个全新的升级,为防水领域带来新一代自粘防水卷材。强力双层叠加薄膜加纵横网状结构设计,使其抗撕裂强度、尺寸稳定性、热稳定性和抗紫外线都能大大提升。
它采用专利施工工艺湿铺使卷材压敏反应胶与水泥凝胶产生交联啮合的化学反应,犹如在基面上生成一层强有力的防水皮肤,该皮肤与基面永不脱开,能确保满粘不窜水,保证防水层的持久坚韧。
Pressure-sensitive self -stick macromolecule waterproof roll material is a patented product developed independently by Yong Song Co.,Ltd. With a spirit to seek increasing perfection and continuous innovation, Yong Song Co., Ltd has cooperated with Valeron of U.S.A. whose special stagger-laminated strength film is combined with the pressure sensitive viscose of Yong Song, then the new-generation self-stick waterproof roll material was introduced to waterproof material market, which is a brandnew upgrade of the waterproof products. Double strength films stagger- laminated, together with the design of crisscross web structure, make the tear resistance, dimensional stability, heat stability and UV-resistance of the product improve greatly.
It adopts proprietary process wet paving to generate a chemical reaction between the pressure-sensitive adhere of the roll material and cement gel which crosslink the two materials, as generates a strong waterproof skin over the substrate which will never peel off, so as to guarantee that water will not pass through it and that the waterproof layer durable and firm.

强力交叉膜是特制的交叉叠压高密度聚乙烯薄膜。该薄膜的主要特点是由45°斜向切割的单薄膜交叉膜压在一起,复合成多层膜,克服了普通膜易撕裂、受热后尺寸不稳定性等缺点。
压敏反应自粘是永松公司在反应自粘胶的基础上加入国际先进的压敏元素,自主开发的新一代自粘胶技术。具备独特的粘结机理,能在各种不同基面实现良好的粘结效并且在外界压力的作用下,与基面的粘结越来越强,从根本上改变了采用传统粘结方式带来的隐患。
传统自粘胶的粘结力源于粘接剂与基面分子间的作用力,而压敏反应自粘胶的粘结力除粘接剂与基层表面分子间的作用外,粘结剂本身分子之间存在内聚力,从而实现了牢固的粘结。
Strength cross-film is special high-density polythene films which are stagger-laminated. It is stagger-laminated with 45°obliquely cut films to form multi-layers film and it overcomes the weak points of ordinary films, easily torn, unstable under heat and others.
Pressure-sensitive self-stick technology is the new-generation self-stick technology developed by Yong Song by adding international advanced pressure sensitive element based on reaction self-stick cohesive. It has special bonding mechanism and can realize good bonding effect over different substrates. Under external pressure, the bonding will become stronger and it removes hidden dangers of traditional bonding modes.
The bonding force of traditional self-stick cohesive is originated from acting force between cohesive and substrate molecules. But for pressure-sensitive reaction self-stick cohesive, its bonding force is not only from acting force between cohesive and substrate molecules, but cohesion between cohesive molecules also works, and both of them lead to a firm bonding.
