简介 Introduction

高分子自粘胶膜防水卷材由高分子片材、自粘橡胶沥青胶料、隔离膜（或压敏型高分子胶粘层和独特配方的颗粒层）组成的防水卷材，该卷材集高分子防水卷材和自粘防水卷材优点于一身，不仅具有很高的抗穿刺、耐候、耐高低温、自愈等性能，而且，采用预铺反粘工法，能与混凝土浆料反应固结合，形成防水层与混凝土结构的无间隙结合，杜绝层间窜水，有效提高防水系统可靠性。

It is made of polymer sheets, self-adhesive rubber asphalt sizing material, isolation film (or pressure-sensitive polymer adhesive layer and uniquely formulated granular layer). It has advantages of both polymer waterproof roll material and self-adhesive waterproof roll material, with excellent puncture resistance, weather-proof, high and low temperature resistances and self-repairing. In addition, when pre-paved and inverted adhered, it can react with concrete grout to form tight bond between waterproof layer and concrete structure，to prevent water breakthrough between layers and improve waterproof reliability.

施工方法 The construction method

1、方法：采用预铺反粘施工工艺。该防水施工方法是在主体结构施工前，将该防水卷材预铺在平面垫层或立面围护结构上。防水卷材铺设或固定完成后，在防水卷材的表面或围护结构防水层的内侧再浇筑混凝土，高分子自粘胶膜与现浇混凝土发生化学交联反应，使防水层与结构层形成牢固的粘结，从而达到防水防渗的效果。

2、清理基面：剔除卷材铺贴部位的尖锐突出物，清理基面的灰尘、杂物。

3、桩头处理：涂刷二道水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料。

4、卷材铺程序为：先节点、后大面，先远处、后近处。

5、卷材施工：按基面形状确定卷材的铺贴方向，将高分子自粘胶膜防水卷材平铺或固定在基面上。卷材长边搭接不小于100mm,短边搭接不小于100mm.

6、相邻两排卷材的搭边接头相互错开300mm以上，以免多层接头重叠而使卷材粘贴不平整。

7、对于损坏部位须将被损处表面清理干净后，用自粘卷材修补，与周围搭接宽度不小于100mm。

8、防水施工完毕后即可进行验收工作，验收合格后方可进行后道工序施工。

1.Methods: Adopt pre-paving and invert adhering method. Before the main structure is constructed, pre-pave the waterproof roll materials over flat under layer or vertical building enclosure. When the waterproof roll materials are paved or fastened, cast concrete over them. The polymer self-adhesive film and cast-in-place concrete will generate chemical crosslink reaction to tightly bond the waterproof layer and the structure layer, thus achieving waterproof and seepage-proof effect.

2.Clean substrates: remove pointed protrusion on the paved rolls and clear of dust and unnecessary debris on substrates.

3.Pile tip handling: brush secondary cementitious capillary crystalline waterproof coating.

4.Paving procedure: nodes at first and bedding face later; distant area at first and nearby area later.

5.Roll materials construct ion: determine the paving direction of the rolls according to the substrate shape. Pave polymer self-adhesive waterproof rolls over substrates or fasten the rolls over substrates. For long sides, the overlap width should not be less than 100mm, while for short sides, the overlap width should not be less than 100mm.

6.For two adjoining rolls, their overlap parts should stagger over 300mm, in case that joints pile up at the same place to cause rolls unevenly paved.

7.For damaged parts, you should clean the damaged surface, and then repair them with self-adhesive roll material. The overlap width in the periphery should not be less than 100mm.

8.Acceptance work can go ahead after construction.

After acceptance work, the follow-up process can go ahead.
