简介 Introduction

非沥青基反应型自粘交叉膜防水卷材，是本公司自主研制开发的新型环保防水材料，是自粘防水卷材生产技术和施工技术的重大突破。它是以合成橡胶、优质重交沥青、增粘剂、抗老化剂等为基料，以进口美国维罗朗TM强力薄膜为表面材料，采用防粘隔离纸（膜）作为隔离层的自粘防水卷材。

B&B-L non-asphalt-based reactive self-stick cross-film waterproof roll material is a patented new type product developed independently by Yong Song Co., Ltd. It is a big breakthrough of the production and construction technologies of self-stick water-proof roll material. It takes synthetic rubber，high-quality heavy -traffic asphalt，tackifier and inhibits as basic materials, American imported Valeron TM strength film as surface material, and anti-adhesive paper (film) as separation layer.

特点 Feature

1.单层卷材、双道防线。维罗朗TM强力薄膜是HDPE薄膜斜45°交叉成膜，抗撕裂强度大而且还抗老化和抗紫外线，本身就是一道性能优异的防水层，采用一道B&B-L非沥青基反应型自粘交叉膜防水卷材相当于双道防线。

2.超强的“锁水”功能和自愈能力。B&B-L非沥青基反应型自粘交叉膜防水卷材与基面的粘结力强，可将因卷材破损引起的渗漏限制在局部 范围内，避免导致防水层整体失效。对钉子等尖锐物体具有良好的裹覆作用，SS工时卷材被砂子钉子等硬物戳穿后能自行愈合。

3.延伸率高，能适应各种基层变形。B&B-L非沥青基反应型自粘交叉膜防水卷材延伸率达到200%以上，而 聚 酯胎自粘防水卷材（BAC )延伸率只有30%。

4.独特的持续抗撕裂性和柔性，易于现场裁剪。B&B-L非沥青基反应型自粘交叉膜防水卷材具有良好的抗撕裂传递性，特别适合现场裁剪。而且异形部位施工非常方便，比聚酯胎自粘卷材更方便。

5.基层要求低，施工方便，缩短施工工期，节约施工成本。B&B-L非沥青基反应型自粘交叉膜防水卷材可以在潮湿基面上施工，而且不需找平层，也不需做保护层（防水层上可直接施工混凝土结构），可以大大的缩短施工工期，节约施工成本。

1). One layer, double protections. Valoren TM strength film is stagger-laminated HDPE films with a 45°angle, which has high tear strength and is ageing resistant and UV resistant, being a excellent waterproof film itself. Therefore, our product is equal to double protections.

2). Strong “water lockup” function and self-repairing power. Its adhesive force to substrates is powerful which will limit the leakage caused by roll material damage to a local scale, avoiding overall failure of a waterproof layer. It envelops pointed articles such as nails quite well and canself-repair when it is punctured by pointed things such as sand or nails.

4). High elongation and well-adaptable to different substrate deformation. Its elongation reaches 200%, while that of polyester self-stick roll material (BAC) is only 30%. is more convenient to apply than polyester self-stick roll material is only 30%

5) . Unique durable tear—resistance and flexibility and convenient for on-site tailoring. It has fine tear-resistance

transitivity and therefore is suitable for on-site tailoring. For special-shape parts, it selfrepair the damage caused by nails during construction.for on-site tailoring. For special-shape parts, it is more convenient to apply than polyester self-stick roll material is.

6). The requirements for substrates are low, convenient to apply and construction period is shortened so that the cost will be reduced. It can be applied over wet substrates which does not need to be leveled and the protection layer is not needed (the concrete can be poured directly over waterproof layer) which will shorten the construction period greatly and reduce the construction cost.
