产品是以聚酯胎或玻纤胎胎基，以APP作为改性剂，两面覆以隔离材料所制作的新型建筑防水卷材，具有纸胎沥青油毡不可比拟的优点；高温不流淌、低温不脆裂、耐疲劳、抗老化、韧性好、防水性能优异，施工操作简单、环境适应性广、各季节均可施工，有效防水年限达15年以上。

塑性体APP改性沥青防水卷材，广泛用于各种建筑结构的屋面、墙体、地下室、冷库、桥梁、隧道、水池、地下管道等工程的防水、防渗、防潮隔气等；亦可应用于地下管道的防锈、防腐及各种防潮内包装材料。

施工要点Construction Points

1、施工工具：一般应具备汽油喷灯或多头热熔喷枪、吹尘器、扫帚、拌料桶、滚刷、棕刷、刮板、压辊、剪刀、卷尺、钢凿等。

2、基层处理：

1).铺贴卷材前必须严格检查验收基层。水泥砂浆找平层必须坚实平整，不能有松动、起鼓、面层凸出或严重粗糙，平整度不好或起砂时，必须剔凿处理。

2).基层应比较干燥。含水率在9%以内施工。如施工没有测含水率的手段，可以在基层表面放一块油毡或玻璃，3-5小时以后看其下面有无水珠，如基本无水珠即可施工。

3).清扫基层。施工前要认真地将基层水泥砂浆余渣、尘土及杂物铲除清扫干净。

4).复杂部位的处理。阴角部位应用水泥砂浆抹成八角形，对管道根部、排水口容易渗漏的特殊部位，应再铺贴一层卷材，施工要细心认真。

3、卷材的铺设于粘结：将卷材铺好定位并成卷，然后用冷粘法、热粘法或热熔法粘贴卷材均可。粘结方式可选用满粘法、点粘法、条粘法。3mm厚以下卷材采用冷粘法或热粘法施工，3mm厚以上卷材采用热熔法施工较佳，即可降低成本又能避免防水层产生空鼓现象。

将定位成卷的卷材均匀加热，待卷材表面熔化后随即向前滚铺，粘贴滚压时要注意必须压实、压平排尽空气，然后在卷材未冷却前，用抹子把卷材搭接处和其复杂部位封好，以防翘边，也可用镶缝膏封边、抹平。

1.Tools: generally, gasoline burners or multi-heads hot melt guns, dust blowers, brooms, mixing buckets, rolling brushes, coir brushes, scrapers, compression rollers, scissors, band tapes, steel chisels are needed.

2.Substrate treatment:

1)Inspect substrates before paving. Cement mortar screed-coat must be solid and smooth, without loose, bulges, hogged liners or serious rough. If the flatness is not satisfying or there is surface dusting, you should correct it by scraping or chiseling.

2)Substrates should be dry enough. Make sure that moisture content is under 9% before paving. If no method to measure moisture content, you can put a piece of felt or glass over the substrate, confirm that there are not water drops under it after 3-5 hours and then start to pave.

3)Clean substrates. Remove cement mortar residual, dust and other dirt off the substrates before paving.

4)Treatment for complex position. Inner corners should be plastered to octagonal shape using cement mortar. For pipe ends or drain outlet which are easy to occur leakage, you should pave one more roll material with great care.

3.Paving and bonding of roll materials:

Put roll materials in place and fix them, take cold adhesion method, hot adhesion method or hot melt method to bond the roll materials. Bonding modes can be full adhesion method, spot adhesion method or strip adhesion method. For the roll material under 3mm thick, cold adhesion or hot adhesion method can be adopted; for that above 3mm thick, hot melt method is preferable, which not only reduces cost, but also avoid bulges in waterproof layers in the future. Evenly heat the fixed roll material，and when the surface is melted，roll it forward to pave it. When roll pressing it，make sure it is compact and smooth to let out air. Use trowels to seal the overlaps and other complex positions to avoid warping, and you can also use seaming paste to seal edges and to trowel flat.
