创益705有机硅防水剂是当前新型的建筑防水材料，在水和二氧化碳的作用下，形成不溶于水的有防水性能的甲基硅醚，进一步缩聚成网状树脂防水膜，用于堵塞水泥和混凝土内部毛细孔增密实性，提高抗渗性，形成憎水层，而且还能保持建筑物的正常呼吸、透气。
Change 705ganic silicon waterproof agent is a new-type waterproof material for building applications. The joint effect of watercarbon dioxide forms the water-insolublewaterproof substance , which will further condense a reticulated resin waterproof membrane used to block the internal capillary bores of cement concrete, so as to raise impermeabilityform the water repellent layer while maintaining the normal breathing function of the building.

适用范围  Uses
●  适用于新旧瓷砖、马赛克表面的防水抗渗，同时又适用于屋面、内外墙面防水，地面、地下室、仓库的防潮，卫生间的防漏，厨房墙体、钢筋混凝土结构的防渗、防油烟粘附以及木材、纤维板、硬纸、石膏制品等材料面上的防水抗渗。

参考用量  Recommended coverage
用量：一般情况下，墙面喷一遍用量是20m2/kg。
Usage: generally 20m2/kg for wall surface spraying. 

安全事项  Precautions
●  本品稀释后具有碱性，对皮肤有腐蚀性，严禁与皮肤直接接 触，涂刷面干燥后，碱性自然消失；
●  施工后应自然凉干，24小时防止雨淋及冲洗；
●  施工后表面如有少量白色物质释出，属于正常现象。
●  After dilution, this product will become alkalinecorrosive to human skin. Do not have direct contact with the skin. After the painted surface becomes dry, the alkalinity will be gone naturally. 
●  Let the painted surface dry naturally. Avoid being damaged by rain water being flushed within 24 hours 
●  It is normal if there is any white substance released the painted surface. 

施工工艺  Methodology
●  涂刷：直接将本品涂刷在瓷砖、马赛克表面上或水泥砂浆和砼基面上（经过处理的基面）刷涂2-3遍；
●  掺入水泥砂浆中：将本品稀释6倍后，按水泥 :  砂 :  防水剂  （稀释后）=1 : 2 : 0.3的配比进行搅拌后，直接涂抹在防水部位（如内外墙、地面等），能达到防水抗渗效果；
●  Painting: paint this product directly on the ceramic tiles,ceramic mosaic surface the basal plane of cement mortar/concrete (treated basal plane) for 2-3 times 
●  Mixed cement mortar: after diluting this product for 6 times, mix cement, sandwaterproof agent (diluted) by the ratio of 1:2:0.3smear directly on the desired surface (i.e., internalexternal walling, flooretc) to allow waterproofing.

贮存  Keep
产品应贮存于5℃以上阴凉通风、干燥处，防止日光直接照射。未启封产品贮存期6个月。
