Product introduction
ES-203 is gray white powder, containing cement, fine sand,
synthetic resinspecial additives.
When mixed with water, it forms thin-coating tile cementing
agent with high cohesiveness. After solidification,
it forms a coating with good waterproofing performance, good
antithixotropygood resistance to shrinkage.
ES-203 can bond various kinds of ceramic tiles, marble tiles,
mosaics, natural stones, etc.

应用范围
墙面、地面、室内、室外、传统的水泥沙浆面。

Wall, floor, indoor, outdoor, traditional cement mortar surface.

混合使用
颐兴ES-203的重量配比：10kg加2.2升水; 25kg加5.5升水，
将颐兴ES-203粉料倒入一盛有水的干净容器中， 用低速搅拌器搅拌呈均匀糊状。待混合物静置5分钟，使用前再搅拌一下。

Mixingapplication
The weight proportioning of ES-203: for 10kg, add 2.2L water; for 25kg, add 5.5L water.
Pour ES-203 power in a clean mixing tank with water in it, stir it at slow speed
until even paste is achieved. Leave it for 5 minutesstir it once again before using.

施工方法
◆ 为了达到良好的粘结力，可先用直角镘刀在基底上涂一层薄的颐兴ES-203，然后立即用镘刀的边涂足量的粘结剂刮平到所需的厚度。
镘刀的尺寸大小取决于瓷砖形状和大小。如果瓷砖很大或瓷砖凹凸不平，可把粘结剂涂在瓷砖背面，以保证粘结的有效性。
◆ 瓷砖铺贴前不一定要弄湿，但是把瓷砖放在水里浸一下可去除瓷砖背面的灰尘。将瓷砖铺贴在粘结剂涂层上，并用小木锥轻敲，
以保证瓷砖与粘结剂接触良好。 强太阳光射、强风、高温等不利气候条件及孔隙率高的基底会减少粘结待贴瓷砖的时间。
所以在铺贴瓷砖前要仔细检查一下粘结涂层是否已结皮。 须重新再涂粘结剂的瓷砖，在铺贴30分钟内可以调节位置。
铺贴瓷砖至少24小时内不能用水冲，雨淋或阳光暴晒。
◆ 墙面瓷砖在铺贴后4-8小时后灌缝，地面瓷砖在铺贴24小时后灌缝。
◆ 灌缝后必须用清水清洗干净。
◆ 粘贴瓷砖完工后需养护24小时。

Construction method
◆ To achieve excellent cohesiveness, you may first use right-angle trowel to apply a thin layer of ES-203 on the base,then immediately use trowel
edge to apply adequate cementing agent to scrape for required thickness. The size of trowel is determined by tile shapesize. If the tile is
very big, not flat, you may apply the cement agent at tile back to guarantee effective bonding.
◆ Ceramic tiles do not have to be wetted before using, but soaking them in water can remove dust on tile back. Lay the tile on the layer of cementing
agent,slightly knock it with wood hammer to ensure excellent contact between tilecementing agent. Disadvantageous weather
conditions like strong sunlight, strong windhigh temperaturehigh porosity of base would reduce time of bonding tiles to be laid. Therefore,
before tiling, be sure to check if the bonding layer already has skinning. Tiles needing reapplication of cementing agent can have
position adjusted within 30 minutes after tiling. No wash, no drenchno exposure to strong sunlight within at least 24 hours after tiling.
◆ Do joint grouting 4-8 hours after wall tiling24 hours after floor tiling.
◆ After joint grouting, make sure to wash with clean water.
◆ 24-hour maintenance is required after completion of tiling.
