　　不能在雨中或环境温度低于4℃时使用。

　　由于涂料在混凝土中结晶形成过程的前提条件需要湿润。所以无论新浇筑的，还是旧有的混凝土，都要用水浸透，但不能有明水。

3、工作原理

4、工艺流程

4, process flow 

　　基层处理→特殊部位加强→涂刷或喷BT-2012浓缩剂涂层→养护。

（1）基层处理

(1) the basic processing 

　　用钢丝刷、打磨机或5％的盐酸溶液清洗基层表面的浮浆、返碱、尘土、油污以及表面涂层等杂物，并使光滑的混凝土表面变成粗糙面，然后用清水冲洗至中性。在使用前，混凝土表面必须再次用干净水冲洗，使混凝土表面具有完全湿润的粗糙面。

1)对穿墙孔、结构裂缝(缝宽大于0.4㎜)、施工缝等缺陷应凿成U形槽，槽宽20㎜、深度25㎜。用水冲刷干净并除去表面的积水，再涂刷BT-2012浓缩剂灰浆到U形槽内，让灰浆达到初步固化(施工后1～2h之间)，然后用锤子将BT-2012 “浓缩剂”的半干燥剂填满空穴并捣实。

1)用于涂刷施工时，重量配合比为BT-2012：水：1：0.4，按计量过的粉和水倒人搅拌机内搅拌均匀，无搅拌设备时也可人工搅拌，但必须拌合均匀。

4) BT-2012涂料应在搅拌后60min内用完，半干燥剂应在混合后15min内用完。

（4）涂刷

1)施工应采用半硬性的鬃毛刷用力往返涂刷或用专门喷洒机具喷涂。BT-2012涂料用量控制在0.8～1kg /m 2。涂层厚度应控制在1.2㎜。

（5）防水层处理

2)当经过BT-2012处理的混凝土结构面外还要加一层混凝土或有砂浆、涂料等作法时，应在防水涂料完全固化，即8～48h之间施工，此外宜采取界面剂刷于防水层上，以增加粘结力。

　　当BT-2012涂层固化到不会被喷洒水损害时(约2h)开始养护，养护时间不少于72h，每天喷洒水至少3次(天气炎热时，应增加喷水次数)或用潮湿的粗麻布覆盖。由于涂层在养护期需要与空气直接接触来确保养护成功，故严禁采用不透气的塑料薄膜等材料直接覆盖在涂层上。

　　湖南省建工集团HC新城主建筑地下室、外墙为混凝土结构，防水采用混凝土面层刷BT-2012一道，外加防水砂浆20㎜厚，防水砂浆与经BT-2012处理过的混凝土面层用BT-7004界面剂处理。采用本工法施工，施工面积24000m 2，施工后检查砂浆与混凝土面粘结牢固，无空鼓，外墙无渗水现象，防水效果很好。
