Construction environment
Under burning sun, it needs maintenance with water; in temperature lower than 5℃, it needs adding powder heavy 1-3% sodium nitrite.

适用范围
速凝型水不漏适用于渗水面和漏水口，对于无渗水面，
最好用缓凝型水不漏。对于大面积防水，宜用本公司生产的JS聚
合物防水涂料以形成弹性防水层。

Application range
The rapid curing no leaking is sui for water seepage surface
and scupper; if there is no water seepage surface, it would be
best to use long-setting no leaking. For large-area waterproofing,
it is appropriate to use our JS polymer waterproof coating to form elastic
waterproof layer.

基面处理
◆ 渗水面：基面必须充分湿润至饱和(不再吸水)，并要求干净，
牢固、平整， 但不能太光滑。
◆ 漏水口：用凿子或冲击钻将漏水口打出一定深度(约3-4cm)，
且尽量里大外小的沟槽或洞孔，口子尽可能打得小些，但必须
要见新茬，然后要冲洗干净。

Base surface treatment
◆ Water seepage surface: The base surface must be fully wetted to saturated (absorbing no more water),should
be clean, firmflat, but not too smooth.
◆ Scupper: Use chisel percussion drill to make groove hole of certain depth (about 3-4cm）and try to
keep it big insidesmall outside,keep the hole as small as possible, but make sure
to see new cut. Then wash it clean.

材料配料
刮抹料按粉：水＝1：0.3～0.35下料。搅拌3－5分钟(最好用搅拌器)成均匀的腻子，料中不含硬块或生粉。
堵漏粉按粉：水＝1：0.25搓揉成料团。为了保证该材料的快凝性，当环境温度低于105℃，用50℃的温水调料。

Material preparation
Material for trowelling preparation: power : water ＝ 1 ：0.3～0.35. Stir for 3-5 minutes (best use stirrer) to make even putty,
with no hard pieces powder in the material. Leakage stopping powder preparation:
power : water ＝1：0.25.Kneadmake material chunk. To ensure quick setting of this material, use 50℃ warm water for
mixing if ambient temperature is lower than 105℃.

施工方法
1、渗水面:
◆ 上料前用于抹布将基面擦干并迅速上料。
◆ 先用抹子先上第一层料，若有漏水先不管它；
◆ 待涂层硬化后(手压不留指纹)，用水喷湿(但不能有积水)；
◆ 再用刮板或抹子上第二层料；

◆ 若局部仍有渗水，再用料抹堵一层，直至不漏。上料时，要稍用劲，并来回多次使其密实，同时注意搭接，
每层用量约为1kg/m，总用量为2kg/m。

Construction method
1、Water seepage surface:
◆ Before applying, use a cloth to wipe dry the base surfacethen quickly apply.
◆ First use trowel to apply the first layer,temporarily dont care if there is water leaking.
◆ Wait till the coating is hardened (press it with handit leaves no print),spray water on it (but do not allow water accumulation).
◆ Apply the second layer with scraper trowel.
◆ If there is still water seepage locally, block another layer until no leakage exists. When apply, please do it little forcefully
backforth to make it dense. At the same time, pay attention to lap joint. Each layer usage is
about 1kg/m,the total usage is about 2kg/m.

2、漏水口:
根据口子形状将堵漏料捏成略小于口子尺寸的料团， 放置几分钟(以手捏有硬感为宜)后塞进漏水口，
并用木棒挤压，轻压使其向四周挤实， 即可瞬息止漏；然后在口子外用周围约10mm处上一层刮抹料。堵漏前，
周围可能要漏水的部位最好先做防水处理，等防水层硬后再堵漏，否则水有可能从周围挤出。

2、Scupper:
According to shape of the hole, knead the leakage stopping powder as a material chunk slightly smaller
than the hole size. Leave it for a few minutes (till it feels hard when pressing it with hand),then plug
it the scupper,use a stick for squeezing. Before blocking leakage, the surrounding area which may have
leakage should have waterproofing work done first. And block leakage after the waterproofing layer is hardened.
Otherwise water may probably forces out around.
