简介 Introduction
高分子复合自粘防水卷材,是专为地下与隧道工程研制开发的一种能与后浇混凝土结构预铺形成牢固反粘结的防水卷材。该卷材是以树脂类高分子(EVA、LDPE、HDPE、ECB等)片材为主体防水材料,在高分子防水基材上覆非沥青基自粘胶料的高分子自粘防水卷材。卷材巨粘层与液态混凝土装料反应固结后,形成防水层与混凝土结构的无间隙结合,杜绝层间窜水隐患能有效提高防水系统的可靠性。
macromolecule composite self-stick waterproof roll material is specially developed for underground and tunnel projects and it can form firm bonding with post-poured concrete structure adopting pre-paving andinverted adhesion method. Its major waterproof Materials are resinae macromolecule (EVA, LDPE, HPDE, ECB, etc.) sheet, over which non-asphaltic self-stick sizing material is coated. When the self-stick layer of the roll material has reacted with liquid cement grout and cured, firm bonding will be formed between waterproof layer and cement structure, so as to avoid water-moving between layers and improve the reliability of the waterproof system efficiently.

施工工艺 construction methods
隧道施工方法 For tunnels:
公路、铁路及高铁隧道防水采用预铺施工工艺。该防水施工方法是在隧道初次衬砌混凝土的基层预铺防水卷材,每铺设一段或一块防水卷材,采用机械固定的方法,将防水卷材固定在工作面上,使防水卷材能有效固定在隧道的初次衬砌结构上。防水卷材铺设固定完成后,在防水卷材的表面再浇注二次衬砌混凝土,高分子自粘胶膜与现浇混凝土发生化学交联反应,使防水层与结构层形成牢固的粘结,从而达到防水、防渗的效果。
Pre-paving method should be adopted for highways, railways and high-speed rails. Pre-pave the waterproof roll over the first lining concrete, adopt mechanical fixing method to fix efficiently the roll over the concrete section after section or piece after piece. 地下工程施工方法For underground projects:
地铁和工业与民用建筑物的地下室防水采用预铺反粘施工工艺。该防水施工方法是在主体结构施工前,将该防水卷材预铺在平面垫层或立面围护结构上。防水卷材铺设或固定完成后,在防水卷材的表面或围护结构防水层的内侧再浇筑混凝土,高分子自粘胶膜与现浇混凝土发生化学交联反应,使防水层与结构层形成牢同的粘结,从而达到防水、防渗的效果。
For subways and underground projects of industrial and civil buildings,prepaving and inverted adhesion method should be adopted. Before the major structure is built, pave the roll material over the flat cushion or the facade supporting structure, then pour concrete over the surface of the roll material or the inside of the facade supporting structure. Then the macromolecule self-stick adhesive film will generate chemical crosslink reaction with cast-in-place concrete to form firm bonding between the waterproof layer and the concrete structure, thereby realizing waterproof and antileakage functions.
